Information you give us
When you submit a form — quote requests, newsletter sign-ups, contest registrations, donation pledges, job applications, pro applications or contact messages — we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, location and project information. Form submissions are delivered to us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service, which processes the data to deliver it.
Quote requests
If you request quotes, you consent to us sharing your project details and contact information with up to three garden professionals we believe can help. Those professionals may contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list sellers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services below may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring pages.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Once played, YouTube (Google) may collect data under its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How we use information

Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, or as required by law, and then delete them.

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
